What is IdeaBridge?

IdeaBridge is a mobile application which can be accessed from Android and IOS mobiles; to be used in enterprises by all employees, which enables them to submit innovative ideas for betterment of organization, to contribute in solving organization wide or unit specific issues and convey their ideas seamlessly to the managing body of the organization. It facilitates enterprises to publish the wide spread/ unit/ team specific challenges using the IdeaBridge mobile application and seek innovative ideas to resolve the challenge.

Multi Level Approval Process

Once an Idea or challenge is submitted, it goes through workflow of multiple approval before it gets implemented in the organization. Based on the category of the Idea, it goes through moderator, Level 1 and Level 2 approval. Similarly Challenge goes through Level 1 and Level 2 approvals. Options like Publish, Reject, Redirect, Rework, Query, Invite Reviewer are provided to approver.
