I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. While doing my academic projects I realized I cannot spend the next forty-five years of my life looking at the machine but to go for a career that is rewarding in many different ways. Eventually, I chose to pursue an Executive MBA with an HR major.
Working in HR can sometimes be hard but it can also be immensely rewarding. Day in, day out, I will be juggling a whole range of spinning plates, constantly trying to make sure one doesn’t drop. Whilst at the same time, doing my best to support our biggest asset – our people.
I stay in touch with employees at every stage of their time in the company, from before they even heard of us to the time they walked out the door for the last time. This is the most important department in the company. The department which, when done right, could literally spiral up the company. From getting the right people in the door to training them effectively, to motivating them, listening to their suggestions for improvement, to getting rid of bad seeds. The whole thing rested on me!
