Throughout my career of 14 years, I have been practicing them while working with US and UK clients like Boeing, Airbus, American express, Oncor, Micron & NEXT; while working on variety of projects including web/ windows development, mobile development, 24 by 7, L2 and L3 Operations, data center migrations, and QA projects.

Challenging work has always been my driving factor. Building teams from scratch is one of them. I have built development and QA teams from scratch by understanding client's needs and expectations. Right from hiring suitable candidates, making sure the team has a clear vision, setting new processes and delivering the best is very exciting and keeps me motivated.

I have worked on Microsoft and web technologies and strongly believe in continuously learning new technologies to enhance my skill set. And that was one of the factors for me to join Numino labs; as it keeps me updated with the latest technologies like react native, react js, node js, angular, AWS, Azure and many. As a Product Delivery Owner, Numino Labs has continuously believed in my capabilities, helped to enhance them and always encouraged me to deliver the best.

Apart from office hours, I believe in spending quality time with family and pursue my hobbies like photography, painting and mural art. In my school days, I was a basketball player and played at district level tournaments. I am holding a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer engineering, additionally, hold professional certifications of ITIL and Scrum Master
